Instruction How to make the Best Cinnamon Rolls ever.

  • 1. Pour the hot milk in the bowl of a mixer and sprinkle the yeast over top.
  • 2. Add the eggs, salt, butter, and sugar.
  • 3. Put in the flour and mix using the beater blade just until the ingredients are combined. Then allow the mixture to rest for 6 minutes so the flour is possible to soak up all the liquids.
  • 4. Scrape the dough off and remove it. Attach then the dough hook.
  • 5. Beat the dough on medium speed for about 6 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
  • 6. Now spray a medium to large bowl with cooking spray.
  • 7. Now use a rubber spatula to remove all the dough from the mixer bowl. Place the dough in the greased medium to large bowl.
  • 8. Cover the bowl up with a wax paper or towel.
  • 9. Set the bowl in a warmer place. Please allow the dough to rise until double. Turn the oven to the lowest setting for 1-2 minutes. Then turn off the oven and place the dough to rise while the heat decreases in the oven. It normally takes about 25-30 minutes. Then the dough has time enough to rise.
  • 10. While rising, you have time to prepare the cinnamon filling. In a medium-large bowl, combine the brown sugar, soft butter, and cinnamon, mixing it together until combined. Finally set aside.
  • 11. Sprinkle a pastry mat gently with flour and turn out the dough onto the pastry mat. Sprinkle the top of the dough with additional flour.
  • 12. Then flour a rolling pin and roll the dough to a rectangle, about a 12×15″
  • 13. Over the whole dough rectangle, use a rubber spatula to smooth the cinnamon filling .
  • 14. Start on the long end, and roll the dough up tightly jelly-roll style.
  • 15. Cut the jelly roll into 12 slices and place it in a greased baking pan.
  • 16. Cover up the pan and allow the jelly rolls to rise for 25 minutes.
  • 17. Preheat oven to 370 degrees.
  • 18. Warm up the heavy cream until the chill is off and DON’T make it to hot.
  • 19. Once the jelly rolls have risen, pour the heavy cream over, allowing it to soak down around and inside the rolls.
  • 20. Bake at 370 degrees for 18 minutes, until the rolls are golden brown.
  • 21. Prepare the cream cheese frosting, while the rolls are cooling.
  • 22. In a medium-large bowl, now combine the softened butter and cream cheese using a hand mixer. Blend it all well.
  • 23. Now add in powdered sugar and your favorite extract. Beat the mixture until combined.
  • 24. Then spread the frosting over the cooled rolls and you are finished.
  • 25. Store the rolls in an airtight container.
