Instructionss:

If you are making use of fresh aloe vera leaves: put on a garden glove and pick the aloe vera carefully while staying away from its thorns.
Use the cooking shears to trim the thorns around the base with your other hand.
Once the thorns are removed, you will get the gel inside the leave.
Furthermore, the base of the leave should be cut off.
The white areas are what should be removed and if the leave has discolored spots, trim them.
After removing all the thorns; lay the leaf in a cutting board and face the concave side upwards.
Place your knife slowly under the leaves skin and then slide it to get the skin away from the gel.
Use a spoon and scrape the gel out into a ¼ measuring cup.
Continue the procedure until the cup is filled.
If you bought the aloe gel from a store, just add the portion as informed below.
The aloe should be added in a blender with argan oil, coconut oil, rose water and lavender oil. Blend it till you see suds and fewer chunks. The maximum time the blender should be set is a minute (depending on the blender).
After this, pour out the mixture into a flask and put it in a refrigerator to get cold for about 15 minutes.
Note: ensure you skin-test it on a small area of your skin before applying it on your full face to see the reaction of your skin.

Application:

Let your face air dry after you have wiped it.
Due to the harsh nature of lavender, I don’t exfoliate before using the serum.
Put a small amount of the serum in your palm, and then apply a small quantity on your face using your fingers; beginning from the cheek area, apply it in slow circular motion.
Let the serum thickness be very slim and not heavy on your face, forming a polish.
Your skin will feel really soft when you wake up in the morning, and you should notice a decrease in the pore sizes and the swellings.
