Beetroot Combo Cleansing Juices
Ingredients:
4 cups baby spinach
1 large beet, scrubbed, halved
½ Fuji apple, cored
Dash of Nutmeg or Cinnamon (optional)
Instructions making Beetroot Combo Cleansing Juices
Add all the fresh ingredients to the juicer. Alternating end with fleshy fruits. Pour into a glass and whisk in nutmeg or cinnamon on top.
